Mind Block

Why is it that when I sit down to write I can't think of anything worth saying?
I am supposed to be blogging about what I read. You would think that would make it easier right? Nope. I look back at the list I keep and wonder which one to pick on, I mean pick. When I pick one I can't think of an intelligent thing to say. Maybe that is a good thing :)

Well, I can certainly empathize, since I have a hard time remembering my own name some days, much less being brillant on demand. Maybe you are just saving up for one great burst of creative genius?! Hang in there....just remember that without us readers the authors would be out of a job, so they don't care if we don't write....just that we keep reading!

forced intelligence is never a good thing. Just like forced appreciation of art is never good. Or forced brussel sprouts. If you try to be brilliant, you won't be. So, like Phil Knight, Tiger Woods, and so many others say: Just Do It. This comment means nothing. Nothing at all.
